You can sing along to a story of love that began 156 years ago. Happy Annitestine!
Oh St. Anne's College, where boys' joy abounds,
With laughter and memories, an euphoric sound.
In thy halls of knowledge, they gather with glee,
On this Annitestine Day, their love set free.
With books in hand, they walk the halls so bright,
And dreams of the future, take flight in their sight.
Their hearts are filled with glamour, as they learn and grow,
In this place of love, where their passions flow.
The brotherhoods we make will last a lifetime,
And gained experiences that are truly sublime.
On this day of love, your sons have much to be proud,
For they are the future, and they stand out so loud.
So here's to St. Anne's, our beloved College,
May you shine like bright Green, Gold and Blue.
And all your sons cherish this Annitestine Day,
In the warm embrace of our dear St. Anne's College.

This snapshot in time shows the warmheartedness deeply embedded in our College culture and how much our seniors care about their younger generation. This is why we identify ourselves as One Annites Family.

Reverend Brother Ignatius Warnakula, one of our most beloved former principals, turned 82 on the first day of this month. Throughout his life, he carried out the vision of the Great Saint John Baptist de La Salle which is to give every child a good education and care. He is also the most senior living Reverend Brother in Sri Lanka.
Brother Ignatius taught for 23 years at St. Anne's College. He has taught not only in our College but also in various other academic institutes. At one point in his extensive academic service, he himself taught all 8 subjects available at the time, which is unthinkable today.
